| 摘 要： | 低聚木糖是功能性低聚糖类中功能较好的一种 ,工业应用范围广泛。文章着重介绍了低聚木糖的理化特性、生产以及应用等方面的国内外研究进展 ,并简要介绍了课题组的一些研究工作进展。
