| 摘 要： | 无损检测是近年来发展起来的高科技技术之一 ,在工业和农业的应用方面得到了广泛的研究。文中综述了目前无损检测技术在国内外果蔬产品品质检验中的应用现状 ,并指出了果品品质无损检测技术的发展方向。
