乳酸酵母菌的研究现状及其在饲料添加剂中的功能

摘    要:随着科学技术的不断进步与生活质量的逐渐提高,消费者对于动物源性食品的质量、安全性及环保性的要求越来越高。采用饲料添加剂的目的不仅仅是为提高动物源性食品的产量,更主要的是降低动物源性食品携带人类病原菌的风险以及减少有毒物质的释放,如毒性胺、甲烷等。文中论述了国内外有关乳酸酵母菌(一种新型微生物饲料添加剂)的研究现状,及其在微生物饲料添加剂中的功能和应用前景。

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of science and technology,the quality of life has been greatly improved.As a result,consumers need the animal-derived foods that are more secure and environmental friendly.The utilization of feed additives can not only improve yield of animal-derived foods,but also reduce the probability of foods carrying pathogenic bacteria and the release of toxic substances.The article summarized the progress of lactate-producing yeast,function of yeast as feed additives and application prospects.
