| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的发展及人民群众日益增长的饮食消费 ,对畜产加工制品的数量和质量提出了新的、更高的要求。文中在分析了我国畜产加工科技发展的现实差距、关键制约因素的基础上 ,从基础研究、高技术研究、关键技术攻关和基础性工作 4个方面 ,提出了未来 5～ 1 0年我国畜产品加工科技的 1 4个优先领域及其 44个发展重点。

| Abstract: | Following the development of our economy, food consumption of the people showed increasing demands on high-quality food of animal origin. On the basis of analyzing actual restrictions and main limiting factors in the science & technology of the processing animal products in China, 14 priority fields and 44 important techniques in the coming 5～10 years were provided in the fields of basic research, high technology, key technology and fundamental words. |
