桑叶多糖的分离纯化与分析

摘    要:使用DEAE纤维素和凝胶过滤色谱从桑叶粗多糖中纯化得到了3种多糖组分(SD2-3,SD3-3,SD3-4),经过高效凝胶渗透色谱分析表明,它们为均一多糖,相对分子质量为6000、80000、10000左右。红外光谱分析表明,3种多糖组分SD2-3,SD3-3,SD3-4都可能含有糖醛酸。

Abstract:Three ingredients(SD2-3,SD3-3,SD3-4) were obtained from crude polysaccharides which were extracted from Mulberry Leaves by gelcolumn chromatography and DEAE-cellulose, their homogeneities were verified by HPGPC, the molecular weight of SD2-3,SD3-3 and SD3-4 were about 6 000,80 000 and 10 000Da. Infrared spectra analysis showed three ingredients (SD2-3 , SD3-3,SD3-4) maybe contained uronic acid.
