复合电解质、维生素泡腾饮料对热应激大鼠的保护作用及其机制

摘    要:采用大鼠进行热暴露试验 ,电解质、维生素以泡腾饮料形式给予 ,以纯水作为对照 ,观察死亡情况以及外周血电解质浓度、丙二醛水平、SOD与GSHPx活性和内毒素水平变化 ,以探讨热应激状态下复合电解质、维生素饮料对大鼠的保护作用及其机制。结果显示 :试验组动物热暴露后的死亡率显著低于对照组 ,饮料对热暴露大鼠外周血电解质浓度、丙二醛水平、GSHPx活性和内毒素水平变化具有显著干预作用。本试验中的复合电解质维生素饮料具有显著的抗热应激的作用 ,机制与改善体内水电解质平衡、抑制脂质过氧化反应、减少内毒素进入体内有关。

Abstract:The effects of a drink of minerals and vitamins on heat stress in rats and its mechanism were investigated Rats were heat exposed for three weeks and protected by the drink The death rate,changes of serum electrolytes concentrations,antioxidant capacity and endotoxin level were observed Results showed that the death rate was significantly decreased after administration of the drink Changes of serum electrolytes concentration,antioxidant capacity and endotoxin level were also improved The drink is protective against heat stress The mechanism is related to the improved water and electrolyte balance,inhibited peroxidation and decreased endotoxin absorption
