| 摘 要： | 采用酸沉法提取Pseudomonas palleroni S6X发酵液中的活性成分。通过Sephadex LH-20柱、ODSC18柱和HPLC纯化所得的表面活性剂经TLC鉴定为脂肽类生物表面活性剂。该生物表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度达到28.6mg/L,对热、pH、NaCl具有较强的耐性,对原油有较强的乳化能力,同时具有良好的抗生素活性。 |

| Abstract: | The biosurfactant was extracted from the cuture of Pseudomonas palleroni S6X by acid precipitation.By using TLC analysis method,the biosurfactant purified by Sephadex LH-20,ODS C18 and HPLC was identified as lipopeptide.The critical micelle concentration of the lipopeptide was 28.6mg/L.This surfactant had high endurance to heat,acid and salt.It has antibiotics activity and has high emulsification to crude oil. |
