摘    要:尝试利用Cadidashehatae ATCC 34887、Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2.20251和Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3株酵母功菌发酵棕榈壳的高温液态水水解液和纤维素酶水解液。酶解液与高温液态水水解液相比,发酵较容易,乙醇产率最高达到理论产率的70%,而水解液发酵仍有许多工艺问题值得研究探讨。

Abstract:Compared with other cellulosic biomass from agricultural and forest residue,the ratio of cellulose in palm shells is rather high,meaning that the palm biomass has a good application prospect in the area of fuel ethonal production.Choosing the high temperature liquid water hydrolysate and the cellulase hydrolysate from palm shells as fermentation materials,we studied ethanol production by using Cadida shehatae ATCC 34887,Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2.20251 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.It was found that in comparison with high temperature liquid water hydrolysis,the fermentation from cellulase hydrolysate has the advantage of simplicity and better efficiency,with the highest yield rate of ethanol of 70%.There are still many technical issues to be addressed in the fermentation from high temperature liquid water hydrolysate.
