| 摘 要： | 讨论了液体深层发酵生产水溶性红曲色素的工业性试验结果。工业性试验生物反应器的容积为 4 0 0 0L ,试验研究中设计了较合理的工艺流程 ,选择了较优的工艺条件和合理的设备型式。获得了如下结果 :连续 8批发酵水平在 2 0 6U/mL ,最高达 2 56U/mL ,平均提取收率达 6 0 5% ,产品成本为 2 4 1元 /kg。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the results of industrial trial studies about production of water soluble Monascus color by submerged-liquid fermentation The volume of industrial trial bioreactor is 4?000?litre In experimental research, the scheme of technological process is designed and the optimum technological conditions and the reasonable equipment type have been selected The results of the industrial test study are obtained as follow: The average color value of eight batches fermented broth is 206U/mL The highest is 256 U/mL The average extracting recovery is 60 5%. The product cost is 241 yuan/kg |
