大孔树脂对玉米须类黄酮的吸附分离特性研究

摘    要:选择 7种大孔吸附树脂 ,比较其对玉米须类黄酮的吸附率和解吸率 ,筛选较优的玉米须类黄酮吸附剂 ,并对其动态吸附性能进行了考察 ,结果表明 :AB 8树脂对玉米须类黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果

Abstract:Seven types of macroporous resin were selected to compare their performances in absorbing and desorbing flavonoids in corn trichoma. The optimal absorbent material for flavonoids in corn trichoma was decided and its dynamic absorbing behavior was studied. Experimental results show that AB 8 resin possesses higher absorption and desorption capacity. It is a better candidate for flavonoids in corn trichoma.
