水溶性葛根素浸提工艺研究

摘    要:我国野生植物资源极为丰富 ,为了开发利用野生植物资源 ,以野葛根为原料 ,采用浸提法提取水溶性葛根素。选择浸提时间、温度、浸提料液比以及提取次数作为单因素 ,采用梯度实验、对比实验、数量统计 ,再通过进一步正交实验 ,得到葛根水溶性葛根素浸提工艺的优选因素组合是 :浸提时间 4h ,温度 90℃ ,料液比 1g∶4 5mL及浸提 3次。

Abstract:Wild plants are precious resources in China. In order to explore wild food resources, attempts were made by using ohwi as the material to extract water soluble ohwi pigment. The effects of four factors including extraction time, temperature during extraction, ratio of water to raw material, and the number of extraction were set as single factors in experiment. Experimental design included method of rank, comparison analysis, orthogonal design and statistics analysis. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extraction were as follows: water be added 45 times that of ohwi, 90℃ for 4 hours, 3 times of extraction.
