蜂胶涂膜对红富士苹果贮藏品质和生理活性的影响

摘    要:以红富士苹果为试材,研究了蜂胶涂膜处理对苹果在(1±0.5)℃贮藏条件下的贮藏品质及采后生理等的影响。结果表明:蜂胶处理能够显著降低果实的失重率,延缓果皮a*、C*值及花色素苷的下降,提高果实蜡质层、果皮和果肉中的类黄酮和总酚含量,抑制果实红色的消褪;在贮藏前期(0~150 d),蜂胶处理对降低果实的腐烂指数和丙二醛(MDA)含量、提高过氧化物酶(POD)活性、抑制多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、延缓果实褐变速度的效果较明显,但到贮藏后期(150~180 d),蜂胶作用的效果表现与对照相比差异不显著。

Abstract:The effects of propolis treatment on the quality and post-harvest physiology of red Fuji apple during(1±0.5)℃ storage temperature were studied.Results showed that propolis treatment significantly reduced the loss ration,delayed the decline of a* value,C* value,anthocyanins contents,improved flavonoids and polyphenols contents in epicuticular wax,pericarp,pulp of apples,effectively restrained the fading of red color.At the initial period of storage(0~150 d),propolis treatment can decrease the decay index,MDA content and the activity of PPO.It can also improve the activity of POD,delay the browning degree of apple fruits.At the later period of storage(150~180 d),propolis treatment showed no significant difference with the control group.
