超微粉碎对荷叶黄酮类物质醇提工艺的影响

摘    要:试验以经过超微粉碎后的荷叶为原料,研究了超微粉碎对荷叶中黄酮类物质提取的影响。结果表明:在荷叶超微粉碎粒度D50为72.5μm,提取温度为80℃,提取液乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比(g∶mL)为1∶30的条件下回流提取25min,荷叶黄酮的提取率最高为6.71%,提取效率为98.24%。

Abstract:The effect of super fine crushing on the extraction of flavonoids in lotus leaf was studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were:size of material D50-72.5μm,the extraction temperature-80℃,ethanol concentration-70%,solid/liquid ratio-70%,and the extraction time-25min respectively.The yield of the flavonoids was 6.71% and the extraction efficiency was 98.24%.
