从胡萝卜中提取β-胡萝卜素的工艺研究

摘    要:选用无机盐沉淀剂从新疆地产胡萝卜中提取天然β-胡萝卜素,用正交实验探讨了天然β-胡萝卜素的最佳提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,在胡萝卜汁中加入0.7%CaCl2.2H2O作沉淀剂,其体积与胡萝卜汁体积比为2∶1,选用正己烷作提取溶剂时,提取量最高,达788μg/g,β-胡萝卜素纯度为92%。

Abstract:β-carotene extracted from xin-jiang carrots by CaCl_2.2H_2O participating method was investigated.The optimum extracting condition by the orthogonal design were: 0.7% CaCl_2.2H_2O added at 2:1 ratio as precipitator;hexane as the extraction solvent.The yield was up to 92% with the content of β-carotene reached to 788μg/g.
