变性淀粉作VE微胶囊壁材的研究

摘    要:主要研究以变性淀粉为主的复合壁材制备微胶囊化VE,着重研究了VE微胶囊化工艺,找出最佳工艺条件。贮存试验表明:微胶囊化VE粉末的贮存稳定性明显优于VE油剂和吸附于二氧化硅表面的VE粉末。

Abstract:Microencapsulated vitamin E prepared with the modified starch as main wall material was studied. The optimum technological condition was found out through studing the preparation technology of microencapsulated vitamin E. The test results for storage showed that the microencapsulated vitamin E had higher storage stability comparing with the vitamin E in oil and the powder vitamin E absorbed at the surface of silicon dioxide.
