玉米蛋白酶解液的脱色方法研究

摘    要:对玉米蛋白酶解液的活性炭脱色方法进行了研究。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化了酶解液的脱色条件。结果表明,最佳脱色条件为:pH 3.13,活性炭用量1.25%,温度45℃,反应时间1h,在此条件下,脱色率和得率分别达到了86.24%和88.96%。

Abstract:Using activated carbon for maize protease hydrolyzate discoloring was studied.Based on single factor experiment,response surface analysis was used to optimize conditions for discolor procedure.Result showed that the optimum discoloring parameters were pH of 3.13,activated carbon concentration of 1.25%,temperature of 45℃,reaction time of 1 h.Under these conditions,discoloring ratio and protein recovery yield reached 86.24% and 88.96% respectively.
