| Abstract: | The present processing technology of soybean meal was outlined. Emphasis was given to presenting the anti-nutrient factors in soybean meal and the effect of different processing on its nutritional value as well as treatment. Additionally, some problems in the nutrition research, marketing and processing of soybean meal at present was set forth. |
