气力输送中旋风卸料器的数值模拟

摘    要:采用RSM模型、以SIMPLEC算法对下旋型卸料器的三维两相流场进行了数值模拟,结果验证了算法的可靠性,为气力输送装置的优化设计打下了基础.研究还发现:卸料器内的流场呈Rankine双涡结构;由于中心低压区的存在使得气流轴向滞流或回流;筒体与锥体相交处的上部有脉动螺旋环存在,故分离低密度或小粒径的颗粒时宜采用较小的锥角.

Abstract:The flow field of three dimensions and two phases in down - revolving cyclone separator was simulated by model RSM and algorithm SIMPLEC, and the results were verified correctly, which provided a base for the optimal design of the equipment in pneumatic conveying. The thesis presented that the flow field was characterized by Rankine vortex; the axial current was stagnant due to the low pressure in the center; for a pulse whorl in the intersection of the cylinder and cone, the pyramidal angle should be smaller when the particles of small density or small diameter were separated.
