| 摘 要： | 以黑曲霉ＹＭ３０１９为出发菌株，经紫外线和亚硝基胍诱变得到酸性蛋白酶高产菌株Ａ－１－１，并对其固体发酵条件进行了优化，在最佳固体发酵条件下，菌株可以产生３８９１０Ｕ／ｇ，干基的酸性蛋白酶。

| Abstract: | The strain
A-1-1 capable of producing high-yield acid-resistant protease can be obtained through
ultraviolet light and nitrosoguanidine mutation of Aspergillus niger YM3019 as an initial
strain.This strain can produce38 910 U/g dry matter of acid-resistant protease under the
optimal solid fermentation conditions. |
