稻壳气力输送控制系统设计

摘    要:针对稻壳自动入仓、出仓气力输送系统的基本组成和工艺过程,在研究输送系统控制要求的基础上,设计了基于触摸屏和PLC的自动控制系统。控制系统采用S7-200 SMART CPU SR60 PLC作为主机,利用成组分配法,合理分配了PLC的I/O端口。控制闸门开度时,利用设置闸门打开总时间百分比的方法,实现了在闸门开度范围内任意设置开度,完成了触摸屏和PLC程序的组态。控制系统实现了全部控制要求,对类似控制系统的设计有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the basic composition and technological process of the pneumatic conveying system of rice husk automatically entering and exiting the warehouse,an automatic control system based on touch screen and PLC was designed on the basis of studying the control requirements of the conveying system.The control system used S7-200 SMART CPU SR60 PLC as the host,and allocated THE I/O ports of PLC reasonably by group allocation method.When controlling the opening degree of the gate,the method of setting the percentage of the total opening time of the gate was used to realize the arbitrary setting of the opening degree within the scope of the gate,and the configuration of the touch screen and PLC program was completed.The control system realized all the control requirements,which had certain reference significance to the design of similar control systems.
