| 摘 要： | 阐述了几种不同的测定稻壳中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量的方法。最终选定测定稻壳中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量的方法分别为72％浓硫酸水解法、2mol／L盐酸水解法和浓硫酸法。结果测得纤维素、半纤维素、木质素含量分别为21．9％、19．0％、17．8％。

| Abstract: | Different methods for determination of cellulose, hemi-cellulose and ligin in rice hull were introduced. The finally selected methods for determination of cellulose, hemi-cellulose and ligin in rice hull were the hydrolysis of 72% H2SO4 , the hydrolysis of 2 mol/L HC1 and the method of concentrated sulfuric acid respectively. The determination results indicated that the contents of cellulose, hemi -cellulose and figin were 21.9% , 19.0% and 17.8% respectively. |
