滞头废水的预处理试验

摘    要:通过采用酸析法和化学混凝法对滞头废水进行预处理,其中化学混凝法选择聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为混凝剂.试验结果表明:在单独采用酸析法对CODcr去除和蛋白质回收不理想的情况下,采用酸析-离心方法,CODcr去除率为68.2%,蛋白质回收率为64.3%;采用化学混凝法,CODcr去除率为73.7%,蛋白质回收率69.8%.通过对滞头废水进行预处理,不仅能有效回收滞头废水中的蛋白质,而且能大幅降低污染负荷.

Abstract:The chemical flocculation treatment and acidification separation treatment were used to treat the frigon related effluent.PAC was employed as flocculants by chemical flocculation treatment.The results showed that: when the removal rate of CODcr and the recovery rate of protein were not obvious in separate as treated with acidification,we get favorable effect by acidification and centrifugation.While the waste water treatment was combined acidification with centrifugation,the removal rate of CODcr was 68.2 %...
