| 摘 要： | 利用单纤维电子强力仪测定了具有不同功能的大腹圆蛛牵引丝、蛛网框丝、内外层包卵丝的拉伸机械性能，分析其拉伸性能的形成机理，以探索它们的力学性能与氨基酸组成、聚集态结构及物理性能间的关系。

| Abstract: | With single fiber electronic strength instrument, it is measured the tensile mechanical properties of such Araneus Ventricosus spider silks with different functions as pulling-off silk, web frame silk and inner & outer egg-cased silk. And it is analyzed the forming mechanisms of them, so to further investigate about the relationship between the mechanical properties and the amino acids components, aggregating state structure as well as the physical behaviors of the silk. |
