| 摘 要： | 研究了季铵化真丝绸的高固色率、高色牢度染色以及匀染工艺.研究结果表明:真丝绸季铵化后活性染料染色时固色率和色牢度大幅提高.活性翠蓝KN-G、活性艳红K-2N、活性紫K-3R、活性嫩黄B-4GLN的固色率都达到100%,皂洗牢度、沾棉、沾丝都达到5级.提高真丝绸浸渍季铵阳离子溶液的温度、降低真丝绸浸渍阳离子溶液后的带液率、染色时用阴离子表面活性剂作缓染剂可以使季铵化真丝绸染色均匀. |

| Abstract: | In this study,the silk modified with quaternary ammonium compound was dyed with high-fastness and high col-or fastness,and uniform dyeing technology was studied.The result showed that the rates of fastness and color fastness of quaternized silk were very high.All the fasten rate of reactive jade green blue dye KN-G,reactive brilliant red dye K-2N,reactive purple dye K-3R,reactive tender yellow dye could reach 100 %.All the wash fastness of four reactive dyes ranked to 5 degree.If the immersion temperature o... |
