锡盐作用下桑蚕丝与柞蚕丝的形态及应力特征研究

摘    要:对经锡盐处理过的桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝进行了微观形态分析和力学性能测试,发现增重处理后真丝纤维的抗侵蚀性被改变,桑蚕丝的内应力减小,蠕变伸长变大,与桑蚕丝相比,亻蚕丝的增重率较大,应力变化与桑蚕丝不同,随增重率的提高,应力呈增加的趋势。

Abstract:After analysis and measure the microscopic morphology and mechanical properties of mulberry and tussan silks which are being treated with stanniferous salts respectively, it is found that the erosion resistance of silk fibers after the weighting treatment has changed. The internal stress of mulberry silk decreases, while the creep elongation increases. In comparison with that of mulberry silk, the weighting percentage of tussah silk is much higher, and different from that of mulberry silk, the stress of tussah silk rises with the increase of weighting percentage.
