对称布置的直线导向装置的探讨

结合打包机密封框导向装置,对单根圆柱面导向杆与导向套组成的直线导向装置进行了受力分析,进一步得出了当由对称布置的直线导向装置不能同步运动时,将产生与运动方向相反的附加阻力,该阻力是密封框被"卡住"的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施.

The discussion on a linear guiding device of the symmetrical arrangement

With the guiding device of the baler sealed frame, the force of linear guiding device which combined with the single cylindrical guide rod and the guide sleeves was analyzed. And further, when the movement couldn＇ t occur at the same time, the linear guiding device of the symmetrical arrangement would result in additional resistance, which with opposite direction of the movement embarrassed the motion, which was the main reason for the baler sealed frame locked. At last, measures for improvement were proposed.
