Research on pattern design of knitting wear product

Knitting wear could be divided into two major categories according to the method of design and manufacture, i. e. , sweater and garment. Many traditional knitting wear enterprises oriented foreign trade emphasized much on manufacture than design, which resulted in styles of products were difficult to meet consumers＇ demands for fashion and individuality. Through focusing on pattern design of sweaters product development, the design characteristics of sweaters were analyzed, the design techniques of texture structure and colorful pattern as well as specific application were researched, in order to explore the potential of sweater design and enhance competitive advantage and add value of products.
