| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了GE296D-EL/J型无缝内衣经编机的两种关键技术:一是贾卡导纱装置,包括导纱装置的构成、配置、工作原理、等效电路和移位过程;二是梳栉横移驱动装置,包括该装置的构成、配置关系,及与传统的横移机构比较的优越性.此外还涉及多段多速送经、辅助牵拉、四连杆传动机构等技术.

| Abstract: | Two key techniques of GE296D-EL/J warp knitting machine for seamless underwear were emphatically introduced.The first one was new jacquard guide device including the parts,configuration,working principle,equivalent circuit,shifting process.The second one was lateral movement driving mechanism for guide bar comprising the parts,configuration and the advantages compared with the traditional one.Besides,other techniques such as multiple stages and velocities let-off mechanism,assistant draw-off device,new four-bar linkage etc.were also presented. |
