纺织产业一直是我国的优势产业之一,也是被公认的我国入世后获益最大的产业之一.但是事实表明,入世条款的限制措施已经成为我国纺织品服装进入国际市场的绊脚石.为此,详细地对比研究了WTO一般保障措施、ATC过渡期保障条款、特保机制、纺织品特别保障条款这四种与我国纺织品服装出口直接相关的贸易保护措施.以期更加深刻地认清我国纺织品对外贸易的国际形势.

Comparative study on trade protective measures directly related to Chinese textile trade

Textile industry has been a very important industry however, the restrictive measures of the accession in our country, which is taken the most gain from WTO, to WTO have become the obstacle to enter into international markets. Agreement on Safeguards of WTO, Transitional Safeguard of ATC, Specific Safeguard Mechanism, and Specific Safeguard Measures of Textile are analyzed and compared. These protective measures are all directly correlated to our textiles and clothing trade, so that we should get a clear understanding of the external trade situation of textile industry.
