| 摘 要： | 探讨生产以Richcel／棉混纺纱为经纱，以蚕蛹蛋白纤维／Modal混纺纱为纬纱的宽幅缎条织物的工艺要点，通过合理设计整经、浆纱及织造各工序的工艺参数，在宽幅喷气织机上成功开发生产出Richcel／棉混纺纱与蚕蛹蛋白纤维／Modal混纺纱交织的高密宽幅缎条织物。

| Abstract: | Key points in producing of union satin stripped fabric with Richcel/cotton blended yarn as warp, silkworm protein fiber/Modal blended yarn as weft were discussed. According to the property of Richcel/cotton silworm protein fiber/Modal blended yarn union broad width satin stripped fabric,processing in warping,sizing and weaving process were designed properly. The fabric was developed on broad width air-jet loom. |
