| 摘 要： | 在纸浆中添加一定比例的造纸污泥,抄造出合乎质量要求的高强瓦楞原纸。中试结果表明：造纸污泥的最优添加比例为2.5%～3.0%;当造纸污泥添加量为25 kg（绝干）每吨纸时,吨纸可以降低物耗成本6.6元;同时,通过污泥的回收再利用,不仅节约了污泥处理费用,而且减少了对周围环境的污染。

| Abstract: | In this paper,pulp containing certain percentage of paper mill sludge was used to make high-strength fluting base paper which meet quality requirements.The pilot trial results showed that the optimal paper mill sludge addition ratio was 2.5%～3.0%.When paper mill sludge addition was 25 kg(bone dry weight) for each ton of paper,production cost could be reduced by 6.6 yuan for each ton of paper.At the same time,through sludge recycling,not only sludge treatment cost was saved,but also environment pollution was reduced. |
