乳液型助留剂在造纸中的应用

摘    要:该文选择了4种不同相对分子质量及电荷密度的乳液助留助滤剂,对其应用性能进行实验室评价。结果表明,相对分子质量和电荷密度是影响助留剂效果的关键因素,实验所选的高相对分子质量、低电荷密度的1号样品和中等相对分子质量、中等电荷密度的3号样品的留着效果比较好;当1号样品的用量为200×10^-6时,可以使纸料的首程留着提高约25%,灰分提高近33%。

Abstract:In this paper,we choose four retension/drainage simples with different molecular weight and charge density,mainly focus on the evaluation of application performance in papennaking. The experimental results show that molecular weight and charge density are two key factors which can affect the application, simple 1#( high molecular weight with low charge density) and simple 3#( low molecular weight with medium charge density) have optimum effect. For simple 1#, the dosage was 200 ppm, the first pass retension and ash retension of pulp were respectively increased by 25% and 33%.
