卷烟纸添加剂对卷烟包灰性能影响的研究

该文通过分析卷烟纸对卷烟包灰性能的影响因素,优选了一种烟灰调节剂作为研究对象。研究结果表明,当添加烟灰调节剂的质量分数达到1.5%时,卷烟纸的包灰效果明显改善,灰柱美观,烟灰不散落,无明显出角现象;添加烟灰调节剂对卷烟纸物理指标没有显著影响;卷制香烟后,卷烟烟气指标相比于没有加入烟灰调节剂的卷烟,焦油量和一氧化碳量都有所增加,但幅度不大,烟气指标受控,经评吸认为在吸味方面无明显差异。

The Influence of Cigarette Paper Additives to Cigarette Ashing Characteristics

In this paper some cigarette paper additives which influence the cigarette ashing characteristics were introduced.A modified ashing conditioner was developed.When its concentration reached 1.5%,good ashing characteristics were obtained as whiter ash,more aesthetic appearance,and the ash could not be flaked off the cigarette unless the cigarette was flicked or tapped on an object.After the additive was incorporated,the new cigarette paper had similar physical properties to the normal one.And although the tar...
