白腐菌对造纸原料树脂成分的降解

摘    要:使用白腐菌处理马尾松木片,对处理后木素和DCM抽提物的降解情况进行了研究。结果表明,培养9d后,木片中总木素含量降低3%,DCM抽提物的去除率达到20%。外源无机盐用量对白腐菌降解木素能力影响不大,但对DCM抽提物影响较大,在实验条件下,相同培养时间内的去除率相差2%左右。培养期间在木片上未见到有色菌丝的出现。

Abstract:The treatment of Masson Pine with white rot fungus was studied and the degradation of lignin and dichloromethane (DCM) extractives in short period was reported in this work. The results showed that after 9 days inoculation the content of total lignin decreases by about 3% and the DCM extractive is removed by about 20%. The effect of additional inorganic salt dosage is not significant for the lignin degradation ability of white rot fungus, but relatively obvious to the DCM extractive removal.There is maximum difference of about 2% between 1/2 and 1/10 of basic culture medium dosage in the same cultivation time under the experiment condition. The colored hyphae was not observed in the cultivation period.
