Abstract:In the rewinder control system, reeling-off tension control is one of the most important factors to ensure the quality of paper roll. In this paper, a mathematics model of the rewinder reeling-off tension control is established after analyzing the dynamic working process of the rewinder. Based on the practical demand, a compound tension feedback control is introduced, and the control theory and the imple- mentation method are described.
