摘    要:氧脱木素率一般不超过50%,利用段间活化处理可以提高脱木素率。采用二甲基二环氧乙烷的段间活化处理,整个脱木素率达88%以上。

Abstract:Only half of the lignin in kraft pulps can be removed by oxygen delignification before serious strength losses occur.Dimethyldiozirane(T)was tested as the interstage treatment preceding the second oxygen stage in an OTO sequence,the results were compared to an OCO sequence.Lab.studies have shown that overall delignification selectivity of Masson's pine kraft pulp can be improved with 1% AO interstage treatment in two stage oxygen delignification.Over 88% lignin removal can be achieved by using this nonchlorine OTO sequence.As an interstage treatment,dimethyldioxirane shows a greater brightness gain per kappa unit reduction.Acetone of effuent from T stage can be recovered by a distillation.
