| 摘 要： | 针对进口浆料筛选设备价格昂贵的现状，在全国掌握该设备的运行特点和工艺要求之后，成功地研制出了与之相配套的DCS控制系统。系统以亲华XDPS－400为软件开发平台，同工控机，PLC及浓度，流量，压力液位等多个传感器和执行器一起构成DCS控制子系统，实现各筛选设备之间的联锁控制和自动排渣。系统多处采用了比值加串联控制策略和自整定PID／PI控制，并已在漯河银鸽红业公司投入运行。

| Abstract: | Considering the control system for stock screening equipment supplied by Ahlstrom Corporation is so expensive and many paper mills can't afford it,a distributed control system(DCS)suitable for this equipment is developed when the operation characteristics and process requirement of the equipment are grasped.The DCS is composed of industrial computer,PLC,sensors for consistency,flow,pres-sure and level,etc,as well as actuators on the development platform of XDPS-400of Xinhua Corporation,by which such functions as in-terlocking control among parts of Ahlstrom screening equipment and automatic reject discharge are implemented.Several advanced algo-rithms ,for instance,ratio plus series control and autotuning PID/PI control,are employed in this subsystem.And it has been put in oper-ation and resulted in significant profits. |
