纳米技术在制浆造纸领域的应用研究进展

摘    要:纳米技术与具有独特纳米效应的纳米材料已经引起了人们的广泛关注。近年来,制浆造纸工作者对纳米技术与纳米材料在制浆造纸领域中的应用表示出极大的兴趣。文章综述了纳米技术与纳米材料在制浆备料、纤维改性、湿部化学、纸张涂料、功能纸生产等领域的研究进展,并对其存在的问题和应用潜力作了探讨。

Abstract:In this paper, the recent research progress of application of nanotechnology in the field of pulp and papermaking was introduced. With application of nanotechnology, new species of wood can be developed and high yield pulp can be improved. Modified fibers with layer-by-layer nanocoating can be used to improve paper properties. And high quality products can be achieved because of nanopowder application at the wet end and coating. So the more understanding of paper science in nanoscale, the faster we will address the issues of process harmony, zero waste, high performance, and flexibility of end products. In addition, the application potential and the existing problems were also discussed.
