壳聚糖/膨润土微粒助留助滤体系在造纸法烟草薄片生产中的应用研究

摘    要:利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系,研究其对烟草浆料的助留助滤性能,以及对烟草薄片物理性能的影响.结果表明,在造纸法烟草薄片生产中,利用壳聚糖与膨润土组成微粒助留助滤体系较单独使用壳聚糖可明显改善烟草浆料的助留助滤效果及烟草薄片的成形匀度.用量为0.1%的壳聚糖与用量为0.4%的膨润土组成的微粒助留助滤体系与只添加0.1%的壳聚糖相比,浆料的单程留着率、填料留着率、20 s内的滤水量分别提高了14%、12%和190 g.
