玉米秸皮AS-AQ浆全无氯漂白研究

摘    要:对玉米秸皮的AS-AQ浆进行了全无氯漂白研究。结果表明,经过酸性DTPA预处理的AS-AQ浆,经H2O2强化氧漂,可使浆的白度达到77.4%。在Op漂白之后进行H2O2漂白,浆的白度可达81.4%;Op之后进行连二亚硫酸钠漂白,可使浆的白度达到80.6%。采用OpPY漂白程序,浆的白度可提高7.8个百分点,漂白效果好于OpYP漂白程序。

Abstract:This paper discussed the TCF bleaching for AS-AQ pulp of corn stalk cuticle.The results showed that the brightness of AS-AQ pulp after pretreatment of acid DTPA and Op stage reaches 77.4% ISO.The brightness of the pulp reaches 81.4% ISO after further bleaching with hydrogen peroxide bleaching.The brightness of the pulp from Op stage and further bleaching with sodium dithionite reaches 80.6% ISO.The brightness of the pulp can increase by 7.8 percentage points through the bleaching process of Op-P-Y,and its b...
