摘    要:探讨了漆酶处理对未漂硫酸盐木浆强度特性的改善,并对过程中添加介体、酚类物质以及分离木素等不同处理过程进行了研究.结果表明,经不同处理的针叶木未漂硫酸盐浆其湿抗张强度和湿耐破度均有不同程度的提高.其中,仅用漆酶处理的试样手抄片的湿抗张强度提高了40%左右,漆酶加上分离木素处理试样手抄片的湿抗张强度提高了57%.而干强度均有增加的趋势,但没有湿强度变化明显;紧度略有提高,但程度较小.提高处理温度并不能提高纸浆的物理强度.

Abstract:Enzymatic oxidation of the phenolic hydroxyl groups of lignin can enhance its auto adhesion ability. The impact of laccase treatment on the strength of an unbleached kraft pulp was investigated in the paper. The result was that the wet tensile strength of the pulp treated with laccase alone and laccase in the presence of isolated lignin increased up to 40% and 57% respectively compared to the control hand-sheet. The dry burst strength and tensile strength did not show significant increase. The effects of the treatments on the apparent density of the softwood kraft pulp were minimal. No change of the pulp strength was observed, as the treatment temperature increased.
