摘    要:通过正交实验优化出了氯仿溶液改性芳纶纤维的最佳工艺条件,并结合IR、XPs等仪器分析探讨氯仿增强芳纶纸强度性能的机理.结果表明,用11.10%乙醇水溶液+氯仿处理沉析纤维25 min,再用清水清洗2次后,与未处理的短切纤维抄造成纸,检测得出芳纶纸的抗张指数增加了65.5%,紧度提高了4 4%.改性后芳纶纸纤维表面的部分羰基转化成了羟基,增加了纤维间的界面黏结力,从而提高了纸张强度.

Abstract:The optimum parameters of chloroform modification were obtained via orthogonal experiments: aramid fibrids were modified by saturated chloroform solution in 11.10% ethanol solution for 25min,and washed twice by deionized water,then mixed with non-modified aramid fiber to make sheets.After the modification under this condition,the paper tensile strength index increased by 65.5%.The mechanism was analyzed by using IR and XPS,the results indicated that some carbonyl groups and amino groups were converted into ...
