| Abstract: | The fluorescent paper was prepared by adding the fluorescent powder (rare earth Eu3 polymer complex) into the pulp,the relative fluorescent strength of the fluorescent powder and the fluorescent paper was measured by using the instrument RF-5301PC.The technique of quantitative measurement of paper relative fluorescent strength was discussed .The technique is useful for the production of the photochromic anti- counterfeit paper. |
