| Abstract: | In this paper,the interface behavior of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate(PCC),which was treated by cationic surface modification agent was studied.The viscosity of its suspension reduced a lot and its dispersity was increased.Its surface was cationized and hydrophobic.All of these will be beneficial to the improvement of retention rate and paper strength when the modified PCC is used as paper filler. |
