纸机烘缸温度的仿人智能控制方法研究

摘    要:通过分析常规的PID控制与人工控制的差异,提出了控制纸机烘缸温度的方法,阐述了设计仿人智能温度控制算法的基本思想,重点对仿人智能温度控制器的设计方法作了较详细的介绍。仿真实验表明,该控制器控制精度高、稳态性能好,目前已成功地应用于山东某造纸厂,达到了预期的控制效果,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The precision of temperature control of the dryers has important effect on the paper quality.The dryer temperature control method is suggested after analyzing the difference between the normal PID control and the artificial control.The design concept of artificial intelligence control algorithm is illustrated and the design method of the artificial intelligence temperature controller is introduced in detail.The simulation experiment shows that the controller has high control accuracy and good steady state.A paper mill in Shandong Province has adopted this control method and received expected control result and very good benefit.
