超声波防除麦草亚铵废液蒸发器积垢的研究

摘    要:以亚铵法制浆废液为实验工质,对超声波防除制浆废液蒸发器积垢进行了研究。结果表明,超声波处理具有明显的阻垢功效,可降低废液积垢的生成速率,提高废液蒸发器的蒸发强度和传热系数。

Abstract:This paper introduces the prevention and elimination of scale forming in the evaporator in which the ammonium sulfite pulping black liquor is concentrated.The research result shows that ultrasonic treatment has obvious effect on the prevention of the scale formation.Therefore,the capacity and heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator are improved.The main reason of the scale prevention is the space effect and the non-linear vibration of the ultrasonic which increase the inducing period of the scale formation,reduce the number of the crystal grains and prevent their growing,and strengthen the capability of removing the grains.The research provides the theoretical basis to the practical application.
