摘    要:从木片浸渍的基本原理、评价手段和影响木片浸渍效果的因素等方面对木片的浸渍进行了阐述,并重点讨论了加强木片浸渍的措施。

Abstract:The pulp mills always use the air-dried wood chips instead of the fresh wood chips to manufacture wood pulp due to the shortage of fresh wood in China, which will result in many problems, such as high refining energy consumption and low pulp quality, because the difficulty and insufficient impregnation of air-dried wood chips during the chemi-mechanical pulping. So it is important to enhance the impregnation of wood chips during the BCTMP, APMP and P-RC APMP process. This paper overviews the impregnation of wood chips including impregnating mechanism, evaluation methods and the factors affecting impregnation, finally the techniques to enhance the impregnation are discussed.
