阳离子分散松香胶的制备及其应用

摘    要:介绍了叔胺型阳离子分散松香胶的制备及其应用;重点探讨了聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)、阳离子淀粉(CS)、Al2(SO4)3作为留着剂对阳离子分散松香胶施胶效果的影响,结果表明,运用PAE比CS有更好的施胶效果,同时,还探讨了施胶温度、碳酸钙填料用量、施胶顺序等因素对施胶效果的影响.

Abstract:The cationic disperse rosin size was prepared by the reactions of rosin with epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine.The application of cationic disperse rosin size in the neutral or weakly acidic pH range was discussed.The results showed that it was necessary to add polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin (PAE),cationic starch and aluminum sulfate as the special retention aids for the cationic disperse rosin sizing,PAE was more effective than cationic starch in improving sizing degree.The other sizing conditions were also studied in the paper.
