探讨了几种挤压磨浆设备的工作原理和研究发展现状。双螺杆磨浆机对于非木材纤维原料有较好的适应性。纤维离解机,作为一种新型单螺旋挤压磨浆设备,它具有挤压、混合、剪切等功能,可用于处理高得率浆以减少纸浆中的纤维束含量和改善成纸性能,并可尝试用于麦草、芦苇等草类浆的处理以及高得率浆的过氧化氢漂白。

Extrusion Refining Equipment and its Evolution

The mechanism and current status of the development of several extrusion refining equipments are discussed.The extruder-type pulper with a twin-screw is applicable to non-wood fiber raw materials.As a new type of single-screw extrusion pulping equipment,the kneader-type pulp disperser has functions of extruding,mixing,shearing and so on,it can be used to treat the high yield pulp in order to decrease the shive content and improve the resultant paper physical properties.It can be also used to treat the non-wood pulps like wheat straw and reed,and conduct high yield pulp bleaching with H2O2.
