| 摘 要： | 探讨了细特高密全棉色织物的主要生产技术措施。原筒子纱质量要求较高,浆纱采用了以增强为主,被覆为辅的上浆工艺路线,织造采取小开口,大张力,中高后梁,较早开口的工艺路线,后整理工序增加了丝光工艺,提高了织物的布面品质。

| Abstract: | This article discussed the production technical measures for pure cotton yarn-dyed woven fabric of fine tex and high density.To improve the fabric quality,high quality cheese yarn was used,and yarn strength improvement primarly and coverage auxiliary sizing route and small shedding,higher tensile,middle-high back rest,early-shedding in weaving as well as mercerizing in finishing were adopted. |
